POLICIES/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CLOSELY BEFORE BOOKING
BELOW ARE THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR (“TIAZ VISUALZ”, “TATIANA MITCHELL”, “ME,” “I,” “THE DESIGNER”). THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE SET TO ENFORCE GUIDELINES, EXPECTATIONS, AND OUTCOMES. THE NATURE OF THIS POLICY IS TO PROTECT BOTH “THE CLIENT” AND “TIAZ VISUALZ” “THE DESIGNER”. YOU (“THE CUSTOMER,” “THE CLIENT”) MUST TAKE THE TIME TO READ THROUGH THOROUGHLY AND ENSURE THAT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE WORKING WITH OR PURCHASING FROM TIAZ VISUALZ. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO REVISION. LAST UPDATED DECEMBER 2021
HOURS OF OPERATION
Tiaz Visualz business hours are Monday-Friday between 11AM-11PM EST. Business days DO NOT include the weekends, holidays, vacation, or any other days we announce as closed. Any clients that choose to contact us outside of business hours may be replied to, but if not, will be replied to on the next business day. *All messages are responded to within 48 business hours, however at peak times, responses can be delayed.*
DESIGN/PAYMENT PROCESS
The steps we have for booking are used to create a smooth and successful process for both our clients and us. The first step is to select a service(s) displayed on our site. When you get to the product page be sure to READ ALL information for that specific design, including but not limited to, “Design Description”, “Turnaround Time” and “After Purchase Instructions”.
In addition, make sure you select if you want a rush order along with payment options (for visuals over $100). After you add the service(s) to your cart, please proceed to check out with your payment information. Once you receive our Thank You Confirmation Message, please complete our “Design Inquiry Form”. This form MUST be completed by ALL clients before the design process begins. Once this form is received and you submitted all the other necessary information for your selected service(s), we will then and ONLY then contact you and notify you that your design process is about to begin.
On your turnaround day you will receive your design drafts only if your balance has been paid. If you purchase a design over $100 and decide to pay our NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, then we will send your invoice before we provide your design drafts. Following payment fulfillment, we will await your response for any potential revisions/changes that may arise. If there are no revisions we will provide your final files and your order will be pronounced as fulfilled. If there are revisions, they will be completed within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS
All pricing at Tiaz Visualz is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to this site. Pricing is firm and non-negotiable, unless Tiaz Visualz has made arrangements with "The Client" ("The Customer, "You") stating otherwise.
"The Client" understands and agrees to the following:
​Services priced under $100 must be paid in full.
Services priced over $100 are eligible for a 50% non-refundable deposit, at-least.
Full payments must be paid before any service production has begun, as well as deposits. Following final approval of projects from client, unpaid balances must be fulfilled before any projects are sent over. Once balances are fully paid off, project files will be sent out to you via email.
No projects will begin until payment has been successfully cleared. The current payment methods to pay off any fees and/or balances is debit card or credit card through the invoice you will be sent. I also accept Cash App / Apple Pay / Zelle. If you would like to pay off with Cash App / Apple Pay / Zelle please contact Tiaz Visualz.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
"The Client" understands and agrees to the fact that Tiaz Visualz does not provide refunds for any services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

If by chance you choose to cancel your order, then it becomes forfeited by the client, the design process will come to a stop. Ownership of all artwork, layouts and development will remain the property of Tiaz Visualz and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership.
At no time will anything be reimbursed. If there is an issue that arises on Tiaz Visualz end, a decision on a refund will be at our discretion.
Once proofs are sent over to the client, if there is no response from the client within 11 days, the project may be cancelled and payment may be subject to forfeiture.
DRAFTS/REVISIOS
Draft images, files, etc., of any kind, also known as “proofs” are for approval purposes only. Drafts are not to be manipulated, copied, or distributed for business/personal use. All drafts and/or proofs remain the property of Tiaz Visualz until projects are approved, finalized, and sent over to client.
Tiaz Visualz has a TWO revision limit per project. If the client is not satisfied after the two revisions, Tiaz Visualz will charge a minimum $20 fee per additional revision the client requests. These revisions must not be drastically different from original ideas. Drastic changes are deemed completely different idea. Revisions include, but are not limited to, fonts, color, sizing, and layout. The turnaround time for design revisions is NOT included in the base turnaround; revisions take an additional 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
The Client" understands and agrees to the fact that all revisions are not free of charge, and may result in additional fees. These fees do and will vary, being as though the state of the services that Tiaz Visualz offers.
DISPUTES
In the event that "The Client" chooses to dispute their charge through their issued bank or after agreeing to terms of services, received any sorts of drafts and/or proofs, or services have been rendered, that client will face charges for Chargeback fraud. Chargeback fraud is illegal, and taken very seriously when purchasing through Tiaz Visualz. Under no circumstance will it be tolerated or taken lightly, no matter how big or small a purchase transaction is.
"The Client" understands and agrees to the fact that Chargeback/Disputes are not permitted, nor tolerated and that these actions will automatically result in legal charges against the client.
PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME
It is very important that Tiaz Visualz complete all projects in a timely manner. Standard turnaround time is up to two weeks, which is 14 business days & for bigger projects, up to 8 weeks. Note that the turnaround of ALL projects begins the next business day following the completion of our Design Inquiry/ Website Construction Form and submission of all other information required to complete the design.
Turnaround time does not include Weekends (Saturday-Sunday), Holidays, or personal holidays.
Although these are the given turnaround times, giving the uniqueness of each project, delays, workload, communication between the client and Tiaz Visualz or personal circumstances, turnaround time may exceed the given timeframe. In the event that we are experiencing delays, all affected clients/customers will be notified. Expedition services are available on website while purchasing, and upon request.
"The Client" understands and agrees to turnaround time and potential project delays.

Standard Timeframes:
SMALL PROJECTS: UP TO 2 WEEKS
BIG PROJECT: UP TO 8 WEEKS
REVISIONS: UP TO 3 DAYS
DESIGN CONTENT
It is very important that the client have some sort of context for their desired design and projects. Basic concepts at least, are important to execute designs, as a designer. Designers can not read your mind or freestyle repeatedly because that will result in visions not being met and multiple revisions. Please be sure that your vision is clear before any purchase is made. Even a small vision will be good to work with.
Clients are required to submit all high quality and non-pixelated photos for their projects if needed. Professional photos are highly recommended.
Please be sure to submit all information and check for any spell errors. All details must be typed up clean. I will not accept any handwritten details, everything must be typed uploaded to the “Design Inquiry Form”.
"The Client" understands and agrees to the nature of Design Content and its requirements.
PROJECT INFORMATION
Project Information should be submitted through form (or by email, once confirmed by Tiaz Visualz only). It is the clients responsibility to make sure that I have all of the information in a timely manner.
I will only began what I can in most cases. I will not contact or send
reminders in regards to making sure all information is submitted. For everyday that I do not have the information pertaining to project specifications, your turnaround time is being delayed. For example, if you submit a form that does not have the information for your project and it takes 5 days for me to receive, your turnaround time is subject to a 5 day delay. Please be mindful.
"The Client" understands and agrees that project information needs to be submitted immediately, and if not there will be delays within the turnaround time.
GHOST CLAUSE
If the client does not complete our “Design Inquiry Form” and submit all other information required to complete the design within
2 BUSINESS DAYS, then the order will be terminated and will result in a $50 restart fee. If a design is purchased and worked on and the client does not finalize designs within 5 BUSINESS DAYS after being sent, there will be a $50 restart fee.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Tiaz Visualz stands by a "No disturb" clause. During the design process it is important for the client to understand that the designer works best in a non disturbance atmosphere. You will recieve your first preview on the business day in which your order is due. There WILL NOT be any constant contact during the duration of the design process. This eliminates slowing down on orders and allows us to meet all turnaround times. If at any time you have questions about this feel free to contact us. All messages are responded to within 48 business hours, however at peak times, responses can be delayed. I am willing and open to communication via; email, Instagram Direct Message, which is preferred for a speedy response.
If experiencing rush, harassment, or disrespect on the behalf of the
client, I will cancel the project production, and payment from the client will be forfeited.
“The Client" understands and agree to communications guidelines between them and the Designer.
CONTENT DELIVERY/FILES/CLIENT OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
All final projects will be sent to the client through email. Logo designs will always be sent in PNG and JPG format. Other digital products, such as Business Cards, E-Flyers, etc. will also be sent in JPG or PNG formats. If PDF format is needed, the client will have to notify Tiaz Visualz. Once a project has been finalized and files have been delivered to the client, that client owns all rights to whatever has been purchased. Copyrighting and/or trademarking a logo created by Tiaz Visualz is solely up to you, with no responsibility being held from Tiaz Visualz.
Once designs have been completed you give Tiaz Visualz the rights to use for portfolio or marketing purposes such as; posting on social media, our website, etc.

"The Client" understands and agrees to final file delivery and ownership details and agreements.
